A: Absolutely! SOS is made for you, and we pride ourselves on creating the most supportive, inclusive, empowering space we can. Our promise to you is that we'll keep the vibes high and the pressure low! You can go at your own pace, ask questions if you'd like to go over something again, and if you go wrong, join the club. Everyone does at some point, it's just not that big a deal. We know how nerve-racking that first class can be, but don't let the nerves stop you. SOS is a judgement-free zone, no matter where you are on your dance journey 🫶

A: We teach expertly created routines, choreographed by A-list SOS choreographers, that are designed to strip away all the stress while dialling up the sass! Whether you do a Commercial class in trainers or an SOS Heels class, every step has been thought through by the top dance brains in the business to give you the best experience. Dance is about feeling AMAZING, so our choreographers take all their experience working with global superstars like Tate McRae, Dua Lipa, J.Lo, Zara Larsson and more, and pour it into your weekly SOS class. A: New routines are released every two weeks, and our BOSSes will teach the routine as many times as they'd like within that window, often running extended workshops in addition to their weekly class schedule.

A: Yes, absolutely. There's normally someone new in every class, so we always teach choreography from the top, breaking the steps down so you can go at your own pace.

A: What makes you feel good and confident! As long as you can move and you feel comfortable, there isn't really a right or wrong for what to wear. You can wear leggings and a t-shirt, sweatpants, shorts… do you, and feel good! Wear trainers for Commercial classes and dance heels for Heels classes.

A: If you take an SOS Heels class, be sure to wear heels that allow your feet to move and make your foot feel supported. Some questions to ask yourself when trying on heels to dance in… Can you point your toe in your heels? You need to be able to! Do you feel stable in your heels, or wobbly? You need to feel stable and comfortable. Check out the following brands, as you can buy heels made specifically for dance:

A: We use a variety of professional studios across to keep our classes accessible. You can find the exact address for each session listed next to the class date on our booking schedule. There is usually easy access to public transport nearby to make your arrival as stress-free as possible!
